If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, we hope you will contact us so that we can make it right. It’s our priority to have happy customers.
If a product is damaged getting to you, please send us an image and we will replace it or give you a refund. Again, we want happy customers and will bend over backwards to achieve that.
We offer 100% customer satisfaction and stand by that!
Your merchandise is checked and double checked before we pack and take it to the US Post Office. Once it is in the USPS hands, we have no control over it. If your package is damaged while with the USPS, please contact the USPS. We are not responsible and can’t replace products they have damaged or lost. If a package from us is stolen from your mailbox, please contact us and we’ll try to work something out with you.
